Ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne est d\u2019autant plus important pour les personnes diab\u00e9tiques qui doivent assurer un \u00e9quilibre glyc\u00e9mique permanent. La prise d\u2019alcool va donc perturber la glyc\u00e9mie avec les risques d\u2019hypoglyc\u00e9mie&nbsp;et&nbsp;d\u2019hyperglyc\u00e9mie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Des risques d&rsquo;hypoglyc\u00e9mie&nbsp;: <\/strong>la prise d\u2019alcool \u00e0 jeun favorise le risque d\u2019hypoglyc\u00e9mie retard\u00e9e. D\u2019une mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, int\u00e9grer l\u2019alcool dans le calcul de ses apports glucidiques<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Privil\u00e9gier la consommation d\u2019alcool en cours de repas, et l\u2019associer \u00e0 une prise d\u2019aliments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Buvez lentement et alternez vos consommations avec des boissons sans alcool (et sans sucres), id\u00e9alement de l\u2019eau<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Avoir une consommation mod\u00e9r\u00e9e et \u00e9viter les consommations trop importantes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Penser \u00e0 fractionner vos bolus ou \u00e0 les pratiquer en 2 temps au cours du repas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>R\u00e9aliser un contr\u00f4le r\u00e9gulier de la glyc\u00e9mie apr\u00e8s une consommation d\u2019alcool et en particulier le soir afin d\u2019\u00e9viter l\u2019hypoglyc\u00e9mie nocturne.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une hypoglyc\u00e9mie retard\u00e9e peut se manifester jusqu\u2019\u00e0 24 heures apr\u00e8s la consommation d\u2019alcool.
